Information we collect from you
In the course of your visits to our website or use of our products and services, we may obtain the following information about you: name, email address, telephone number, geographic location, IP address, support queries (together ‘Personal Data’).
Our services are not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and you believe they have provided us with Personal Data without your consent, then please contact us.
You can review, correct, update or delete your Personal Data by either logging into your subscription and making the changes yourself or contacting us directly to do so.

Personally Identifiable Information: We use the information we collect to deliver our services to you, including: communicating with you, providing technical support, notifying you of updates and offers, measuring customer satisfaction, diagnosing problems and providing you with a personalised experience.

Data collected by FireMapper
FireMapper (Standard Edition) available for iOS and Android collects only information entered by you, and does not distribute or send it to us. FireMapper will collect crash reports and provide this information to us, however it does not collect or send any personally identifiable information. FireMapper allows data to be exported and this data may contain personally identifiable information such as Device Name, User Name and Location.
FireMapper (Enterprise Edition) available for iOS and Android collects only information entered, shared or authorised by you, and will upload it to our servers for distribution to other users on your subscription. This information is limited to:
Contact Info, as entered by you on the User Profile screen, including name, role and phone number.
User Content, as generated by you in Shared Maps, including points, lines and photos.
Location, as generated by you through the Location Tracking feature, or when recording points via the Pin Drop feature, or lines using the GPS Recording feature.
Identifiers, limited to a device ID that is limited in scope to the installation of FireMapper
The Location Tracking feature will share your location in real-time with any other FireMapper devices on your subscription, including those viewing Shared Maps from the FireMapper Portal. This data is stored for 48 hours, or longer if required by your subscription administrators.
